SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing time is 2-3 business* days, unless otherwise notified. 

Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping method of choice. 

*Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. 

Please keep in mind, we are a small business. Please allow time for your item to be made with love, packaged and carefully dispatched.

In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.

Large orders may be shipped in multiple boxes, as well as on different days and upgraded to UPS at no additional costs to the customer.

For larger orders or around holiday season, shipping times can increase. Please make sure to order early.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Peace, Divine Soul Tribe 

Any order that needs to be shipped out is considered a physical product.
Once order has been placed you have 1 hour to email me if you wish to cancel.
Customers may email Enjolisoulscents@enjolisoulscents.com. Subject line " cancelation". Thank you. 
If three hours has passed since your ordered, no cancelation or refund will be made as your order will be processing at that time frame.
Once order has been shipped out, it cannot be returned, and no refunds will be made.
If you have an issue with order once received, please email me Subject line " Issue with products" Thank You. Enjolisoulscents@enjolisoulscents.com
If I do decide to issue a form of a refund it will be store credit only. Much love and Abundance.
