NATURALLY SIMPLE
Holistic Healing, is a form of healing that considers the whole person; body, mind, spirit and emotions. It's a quest for optimal health and wellness for you and your family. I realized later in my journey that illness, diseases and disabilities are Spiritual Warfare on the Body and Soul. Once I realized that, my studying began to understand the proper healing of the human design.
You must re-learn knowledge of self. I followed my ancestor's knowledge for guidance being that I am Native Indian and African. I studied after the great late Dr. Sebi & Dr. Africa. I learned so many different healing remedies, from detoxing the body using only natural ingredients to learning the major benefits of fasting monthly and so much more.
For last seven years, using these Holistic healing methods have have given me the opportunity to heal myself and the curiosity to keep searching. I have also studied Queen Afua "Healing Of The Sacred Woman," which has opened my eyes fully to the natural rituals that can be done to keep a healthy and lively womb.
