Healing & Release Through Root Breaking – Virtual Group Reiki

Join Reiki Master Teacher Enjoli Shepard for a focused 40-minute virtual group Reiki experience created to support healing, release, grounding and energetic renewal. During this session, you will learn a gentle breathing technique to help regulate the nervous system, practice accessible root-and-release movement, create a personal release intention and receive group distance Reiki. Please have water, a journal and pen, and a chair or comfortable resting space available. You may also bring an amethyst or another personally meaningful crystal. After registering, please provide your first and last name, date of birth, and current city, state and country. This information is used by Enjoli to focus the individualized Reiki intention for each registered participant. Zoom access and preparation instructions will be provided to registered attendees. This is a virtual experience; nothing will be shipped. Reiki is a complementary spiritual wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care.
